Site may be any type of site apart from those stated above, or sites with many popups/advertisements. Forums or galleries also may not apply.

Runner Up will receive a Runner Up award, a participation banner, and 1 custom graphic of your choice (chose from: avatars, small-medium sized banners, signs, or buttons). Your site will be displayed in the "Winners" page permanently.
